Interfacial delamination is a failure mode we design against from the ground up. Prevention relies on three integrated pillars: First, we use a proprietary, toughened structural adhesive system specifically formulated for PET’s surface energy. Second, the core and metal surfaces undergo a carefully controlled, in-line pretreatment process (cleaning and corona/plasma activation) to maximize bond strength immediately before lamination. Third, automated robotic spray systems apply a perfectly uniform adhesive layer, and our continuous press provides constant, even pressure across the entire panel width. Every batch is tested for drum peel strength to guarantee 50 years of monolithic bond integrity.
