XPS boards are available in a highly versatile range of dimensions. The most common global size (Length x Width) is 1200mm x 600mm. Other standard sizes include 2400mm x 600mm and 1200mm x 600mm.
Thicknesses typically range from 20mm to 150mm, with common increments of 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm. For specialized model-making or craft sheets, thicknesses like 3mm, 6mm, 13mm, and 19mm (1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″) are common, often in sizes like 24″ x 48″ (610mm x 1220mm).
Manufacturers can typically produce custom lengths and, to a lesser extent, custom widths for large project orders. The edge type can be square (butt joint) or, more commonly for walls, tongue and groove (T&G) for a tighter, thermally efficient seal.
