We operate a rigorous, batch-level QC protocol. For every production run, we sample and test for core density, compressive strength and modulus, shear strength and modulus, drum peel strength (face adhesion), water absorption (both ambient and after boiling), and dimensional stability under heat. All tests are performed in our in-house and accredited third-party labs according to ASTM, EN, or GB standards. A detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every shipment, providing full traceability and verifying that property values meet or exceed the published datasheet specifications.
